Louis Allen is one of California Capital Mortgages Company’s newest team members. During his time in college at Utah Valley University, Louis worked with California Capital’s own Gary Prudler, at a small mortgage company where they both helped borrowers save on their monthly payments and build equity in their homes.

Louis graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing and went on to work for the same University he graduated from, quickly working his way up to become the Director of Instruction, where he provided consultation for small to medium sized businesses, in addition to overseeing planning and development of customized training for professionals.

After Utah Valley University, Louis moved into the small business environment, working as the CEO of Linked Inc, a Cricket Wireless dealer. During his tenure, Louis helped develop and streamline processes and procedures to increase sales and service metrics, in addition to decreasing losses and inefficiencies. With these improvements he positioned the company to take advantage of an expanding market and open stores across multiple states. Above all else, his most important role at Linked Inc. was his ability build a company culture at all levels of the organization that inspired employees to connect with their customers beyond the transaction. This friendly, helpful atmosphere brought more repeat business and gave customers the confidence to recommend the company to their friends and family time and again.

Today, Louis has his sights set on a new venture: working as a full time Loan Officer. With the same tenacity and leadership skills carried over from his previous positions, Louis ensures that all his clients receive the best possible service and value.

Outside of work, Louis enjoys spending his time with his wife Diana and his two kids, Kira and Josh. He also enjoys spending time outdoors; hunting, fishing, and hiking, in addition to restoring his classic Toyota Land Cruiser.
